The fragrance is reportedly heavy on jasmine, which she says is one of her all-time favorites as it reminds her of childhood.
“I wanted this fragrance to be a personal library of scent memories,” Aniston said in a statement. “For example, my love of night blooming jasmine has lasted a lifetime. Growing up in California, I distinctly remember the scent of the jasmine on summer evenings.”
The perfume, which was originally called Lolavie, also takes inspiration from the sea, which is evident in the poster for the campaign. “I consider the scent of the ocean to be one of life’s most uplifting sensual experiences,” the actress said. “The combination of the salty air and tropical oils reminds me of long sunny days on the beach–pure happiness.”
Aniston’s interest in architecture is revealed by the design of the bottle with its aesthetic resembling a Frank Gehry building.
Prices for the perfume start at $39 for a 1-oz. bottle.
